So devastated by what @FrontierCorp did to my family today. After being customers for 20+ years, they supposedly changed their vmail system and deleted the answering message recording of my Dads voice who has passed away and they refuse to try and recover it. #customerexperience

Happy to report that @FrontierCorp came through!!! We finally reached someone who was able to provide us with instructions how to retrieve my Dad’s original voice message so we can hear his voice again. Grateful for the compassion. #CustomerService #customerexperience

We spent hours on the phone with #CustomerService reps for @FrontierCorp and they refused to put a manager on while my mom was crying down the phone asking to hear my Dads voice on the recording that has been on suddenly deleted. This is devastating and disgusting #customercare.
