@JulianKJarboe @nhtargues but what exactly did u change to the recipe?? I did a short research and I do understand that Ube isn't TOTALLY vegan (because Red 40 apparently does animal testing + u talked about allergies as well) but that still doesn't answer the question :').

@nhtargues I mean, sure. I did research on cultural context and considered how it would work with a given kitchen. A lot of recipes use artificial extracts and I needed to avoid Red 40 for example. So I made it up using that info, but I didn't follow any given recipe. Hence develop.

I worked really hard on developing a vegan ube ice cream recipe for work and look how pretty she is! Zero artificial colors or flavors, and maybe the perfect special to bridge AAPI and Pride months.

AHAHAHAHAHHAHA umabot na outside commsx yung issue tungkol sa pagtawag nung commer 😭 in the first place kasi, hindi naman secured yung task — walang dp or anumang confirmation whatsoever. nag-iinquire pa lang naman yung client, so technically wala pang solid agreement between both parties.
honestly, may mali rin naman both sides. sa side ng commer, medyo unprofessional yung pagtawag knowing na hindi pa secured yung transaction at inquiry stage pa lang. pero sa side din ng client, nagmukha siyang ghoster since wala man lang update na hindi na magp-push through. though technically, wala naman talaga siyang obligation pa at that point, pero out of respect and basic courtesy na rin sana, mas okay pa rin magbigay ng quick heads up kaysa biglang mawalan ng paramdam.
parang naging issue lang talaga siya because parehong nagkaroon ng lapse sa communication 😭
