Who exactly is buying ₹4 Cr+ flats in Hyderabad? Based on our client interactions, 4 broad groups: People who have done exceptionally well in their careers. Usually 36–45 age group. CXOs, senior tech leaders, founders, doctors, business leaders. NRIs returning to India Mostly married, with kids, coming back for family, parents, schools, or long-term India plans. Families with strong inherited wealth Business families, land-owning families, legacy wealth creators. They are not buying EMI homes. They are allocating capital. ESOP wealth creators Especially senior tech and semiconductor professionals. We have seen multiple such buyers. Hyderabad always had these people. The difference is that earlier, the product did not exist at scale. Now the market has evolved. Larger homes. Better amenities. Better communities. Better addresses. The ₹4 Cr+ buyer is not imaginary. They were always here. Hyderabad real estate just finally caught up with their wealth.

Dad bought this AC in 2010 O'General imported from the Middle East. 16 years and not a single problem to date... It's installed in my hometown in AP where temperatures are really high 🥵 In the last 8 years, after I started earning - I purchased 3 ACs for our home in Pune. 2 have severe problems ... VOLTAS gone in 2nd year, no service, pathetic experience, lost 14K for gas, PCB charges and Finally left it to trash. Then Daikin in 2024 - which working fine to date, Last year bought our 2nd Daikin AC - which is giving problems already, last week PCB gone and replaced, today again gone. Is it low quality of products over time ? Is it better quality when imported ? Is it location ? Is it manufactrer ? I am not sure, and once AC stops working service is damn expensive. P.S. we have bluestar (8-9 years old at hometown which is working fine and Lloyd 1 year old which is fine)

Got carried away because of emotions am guessing. He could've toned down a bit on the hyperbole. Could've said this is the most cherished moment of my life or something like that instead of drawing comparisons with Rama, Krishna, Adi Shankaracharya and Swami Vivekananda! Most likely rush of emotions prevailed over him.

Too early to say. Just a view. Vijay's influence extends beyond Tamil Nadu. He is equally popular in other states like Kerala. He is very well known in South India. By now, his ability to emotionally connect with people is proven. Congress has reasonable base in South India and have already tied up with Vijay for 2029 Loksabha elections. Interesting times ahead.

I am a proud Hyderabadi. But this was never new. It was simply invisible to those who never had to face it.
