@SamSachdevaNZ And this is the BS that incensed me during the use of MIQ - the absolute arrogance of this response is indicative of the arrogance throughout (and I was a died in the wool red for nearly 40 years). Incredibly disappointed ☹️

Am feeling a little vindicated that the concerns I had about MIQ (and more importantly for me the way it was glibly characterised by the PM and Ministers) which were sufficient to change my political colours for the first time in nearly 40 years are shared by the High Court 🤓

@litia4eva Have a pretty average degree (and just law not any conjoint shenanigans!) but have been a lawyer for 30 years, a law firm partner for 20. Being a great lawyer is not a thing you learn at law school imho so going into well rounded and curious is critical 😌

These apparently cost the uni US30k over the three years per uni, so there's about NZ$300k here that could have been spent on students, never mind the engagement costs at the uni end.
