Those were federal mandates, people quit or retired instead of complying, and the number was in the thousands, not millions.
Yes, Biden pushed vaccine mandates. SCOTUS pushed back. Biden complied. And this example makes my original point: Biden honored our system of checks and balances. Trump does not.

@lr0624 @AndrewKolvet Every POTUS has pushed constitutional limits. Some more than others. But there's a difference between testing boundaries and pretending they don't exist. Trump is the first to govern like he's King & the rules don't apply to him.
