So, apparently @harvest is ditching their small biz customers: they now only offer enterprise accounts that increase the monthly fee from $12 to $50+. So much for loyalty. Anyone have recs for a small biz-friendly time tracker/invoicing app? #moneytalks

Beware the bait and switch from @printervalshop: they say free returns "for any reason." I simply wanted an exchange for a larger size, but they refused to exchange or refund the full purchase amount (even though their size chart was incorrect). #customerservicefail
