My entire weekend is me doing a million of these over and over again, realizing they’re in the wrong spot, taking them all out, realizing the directions look nothing like the actual product and none of the holes align, and finally somehow getting a screw stuck inside and Allen wrench. There is no amount of money I wouldn’t pay to have someone else do all of this for me. I also have to prepare for an interview tonight and prepare to defend myself from yet another frivolous restraining order. See you at 9.

Hey @Target in Swansea Massachusetts: I have tolerated the disheveled displays, trash around the store and lack of open registers but letting these plants dry up and die is really bothering me. I took a gallon of water off your shelf and took care of these but please make sure someone waters them again tomorrow. Thank you. P.S: if you can't afford to staff your stores, close some. I would happily drive further if I knew the store was clean and there were employees around. These stores are dumps.

Kelsey Fitzsimmons was always going to be acquitted on this evidence and certainly in a bench trial by a judge who understands and follows principles of reasonable doubt. If you listened to his reasoning, you will understand this. Criticism of her legal team for selecting a bench trial was silly. They made the proper decision and so did the court.
