I used to default to the assumption that there's many very nice Europeans and Twitter just had a selection effect for terminally online assholes. To bring everyone up to speed on the B&T drama: four days ago I made the attached post on Reddit asking BT USA some very basic questions, none of which should be attorney-client privilege or attorney work product. In other words, the pending litigation between BT USA and BT AG should not prevent a response. I tagged the official BT USA account on Reddit, which was active only a few hours before I made this post. I know that BT USA saw it, because it was the top post in the sub, and that account stopped posting for a couple of days after constant activity prior. However, BT USA has not answered these questions either on Reddit or anywhere else. I have a pretty good idea as to the answers for all of these questions that I've asked, but as an attorney, I am well aware that there are always two sides to every story. I gave BT USA an opportunity to give their side of the story. It sounds like they do not want to provide answers for these very important questions. What does that mean? I won't jump to conclusions, but what I would suggest is that before you buy anything B&T that was made in 2026, I would look at that list of questions and ask myself if having the answers to them is important to me before I make a several thousand dollar purchase. reddit.com/r/bruggerthome…
