@patrick_oshag Patrick, you are without a doubt the best podcast host I’ve listened to. Love how specific and narrow your questions for each guest you have on.

I’m fairly convinced that podcasts only work if they become a vehicle for the curiosity of the host. You should have guests you want to legitimately learn from and ask the questions that you are the most curious about. The cost of this is to not have guests or ask questions that don’t interest you even if you think the audience wants them. I believe you should effectively not think of your audience at all. The worst my own show has ever been was when I was doing it for the audience at the expense of my own interests. If you are energized and learning, the audience will be too. This is the way.
