Seating is comfortable, I could ship for hours from this spot.

A vietnamese coffee sets you back VND 40k ($1.52)
Upstairs is highly recommended for deeper work sessions.
Power outlets are plenty around the walls.
Easy to get to via Grab.
You can ship all day from here from 7 am to 10:00 pm.
The place is popular and often fills up, getting a good table is hit and miss. Come early.
They also have excellent food options.
Big plus: They don't play background music upstairs, good for calls.
