@TwitterSupport Hey team, I got an sms phishing attempt to my phone saying Twitter Support is starting the account recovery process with a 2FA code. Where should I send those? Do you all have a team to monitor and track social engineering stuff?

@WEXBenefits Hello there! Seems there's a bug in your system. You submit a claim for this year and it gets routed to last year's carryover balance of $0 resulting in a denial and poor customer experience. Good idea to check that out! 🤦♂️
