@lucylizzyking No, not at all. In some instances, however, like a last minute set swap, we do have to cancel reservations and ask customers to sit distanced from others, or travel on an alternative service - customers have just as much a part to play in keeping themselves safe as we do.

@lucylizzyking Lucy, I apologise - if you felt unsafe you could have travelled on an alternative service. A short formed set is beyond our control, we cannot stop someone boarding a train if they have a ticket.

@REALShamimaB @LNER I relocated and stood in the vestibule area away from people and within a 2m distance, I made that decision to do so….Thank you for your comment

@lucylizzyking @LNER Did you get off the train if you didn't feel safe? If not, more fool you. I went to Asda Aleppo the other day while it was being shelled. I didn't go in though, as I recognised it wasn't safe. I didn't need Sausage Rolls THAT badly (turkey sausage - no pork here #islam)
