Justice for Henry Nowak
Justice for Henry Nowak@henrynowaksol·
This account is dedicated to one thing: keeping Henry Nowak's name in the timeline until every question about his death is answered. Henry was 18. A first-year university student. On 3 December, walking home from a night out in Southampton, he was stabbed five times with a 21cm blade. As he lay bleeding, he told the officers who arrived that he had been stabbed. They handcuffed him instead. He died saying "I can't breathe." On 28 May, his killer was convicted of murder. His mother was convicted of helping to hide the weapon. Hampshire Police have formally apologised. The IOPC investigation into the officers' conduct is active. This is not over. Sentencing is ahead. Footage is still to come. The investigation into how the people meant to protect Henry treated him as a suspect has only just begun publicly. A community formed online in Henry's name has so far donated over $60,000 to 2wish — the official charity supporting his family. 100% of creator rewards. On-chain. Verifiable. Going forward, this account will track every development. Case updates. IOPC progress. Footage releases. Sentencing. Donation receipts. Every step toward the accountability Henry's family deserve. Henry — forever 18. 🤍 #JusticeForHenryNowak

BREAKING: Largest Human Cancer Study of Ivermectin + Mebendazole Is Now PEER-REVIEWED and PUBLISHED in a MAJOR Cancer Journal 84.4% of cancer patients taking ivermectin + mebendazole for 6 months declared either CANCER DISAPPEARANCE, TUMOR REGRESSION, or CANCER STABILIZATION. Our study, “Real-world Clinical Outcomes of Ivermectin and Mebendazole in Cancer Patients: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort,” is now peer-reviewed and published in Anticancer Research—a major international oncology journal of the International Institute of Anticancer Research (IIAR), established in 1995. The results represent one of the most compelling clinical signals ever documented for repurposed anti-parasitic therapies in oncology. A diverse population of cancer patients (n=197) was prescribed compounded ivermectin–mebendazole through a U.S. telemedicine platform, with each capsule containing 25 mg ivermectin and 250 mg mebendazole. Participants were followed for approximately six months using standardized digital surveys assessing cancer outcomes, medication adherence, and tolerability. At approximately six months post-treatment initiation, we observed an 84.4% Clinical Benefit Ratio (CBR)—meaning more than four out of five patients reported either: No evidence of disease (32.8%) Tumor regression (15.6%) or Cancer stabilization (36.1%) Importantly, adherence was remarkably high, with 86.9% completing the initial prescription and 66.4% remaining on therapy at six months. Side effects were predominantly mild and manageable, reported in 25.4% of patients (primarily gastrointestinal), with 93.6% of those experiencing side effects continuing treatment after minor dosing adjustments. This groundbreaking peer-reviewed publication was made possible through a unique collaboration between The Wellness Company, the McCullough Foundation, and the Chairman of the President’s Cancer Panel—uniting real-world clinical data, frontline medical experience, and epidemiologic expertise to evaluate inexpensive, repurposed therapies with major translational potential. With these extraordinarily promising results, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials are now required. In the meantime, many cancer patients are exercising their right to try. @twc_health @McCulloughFund @IIAR_Journals @P_McCulloughMD @DrHarveyRisch @DrKellyVictory @jathorpmfm @drdrew @PeterGillooly @FosterCoulson

I honestly did not know what to post there was so much that surprised me. There are 145k companies on the register in total; thousands of restaurants, cafes, religious institutions, supermarkets, corner shops, furniture shops, petrol stations, butchers and taxi companies. Half of these licenses need to be revoked so that young people of this country can try to find work. I know where I would start in addressing the legal immigration issue; the sponsors.

I've obtained the master contract between the Ministry of Defence and Palantir Technologies UK Ltd. It covers 2026 to 2029. It was signed on 30 December 2025 — while Parliament was in recess. There was no competitive tender. Here's what's in it. And what they don't want you to see. The contract is administered through Defence Digital at MoD Corsham, the nerve centre of UK military digital and intelligence infrastructure. The contract number is redacted. Not the value. Not the scope. The contract number itself is classified. The entire pricing section is gone. Redacted under Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act, commercial interests. So is the IP clause. So are the key liability figures. So are all the contract schedules. A US company is embedded into UK defence infrastructure for three years. The public cannot see what we are paying for it. Now here's the clause that should be getting more attention. Palantir staff working on classified MoD sites must hold Security Check clearance as a minimum, with Developed Vetting available when required. The contract says personnel should be UK nationals where site classification requires. Should. Not must. Palantir was founded by Peter Thiel. It grew out of a CIA seed investment. Its largest shareholder base is American. Its founders have direct relationships with US intelligence going back two decades. The contract does not prohibit non-UK nationals from working on classified UK defence environments. It expresses a preference. Condition 14. The media clause. Palantir is contractually prohibited from communicating with press, television, radio or other media about anything in this contract without prior written MoD consent. That is why Palantir UK has said nothing publicly about this deal. They are legally barred from doing so. The contract was signed on 30 December 2025. Parliament was in recess. No tender process. No public announcement at signing. The contract number is a state secret. The price is hidden. And the contractor is gagged. This is how £240 million of public money gets committed to a single American company with no scrutiny whatsoever. Section 43, commercial interests, is a qualified exemption under FOIA. That means a public interest test applies. The argument that Palantir's commercial sensitivity outweighs the public's right to know the cost of a no-tender three-year defence contract is not a strong one. I'll be filing for an internal review. I'll be publishing the full analysis on Substack. If you think Parliament should be able to see what we're paying Palantir and why no other company was given the chance to bid, share this thread. The document is real. The redactions are real. Draw your own conclusions.

I have spoken to some of the world’s leading epidemiologists and virologists. The Covid jab is NOT a vaccine. Claims made for it were wrong. It neither protects against infection or transmission. At best, it modifies symptoms. Why was the Astra Zeneca jab suddenly withdrawn? Because it killed people. Giving millions an under tested jab - genuine vaccines take 10 years to develop and get approval - was crazy. In years to come, we will see pharmaceutical companies paying out billions for false claims and injuries. I am not anti-science! I am against giving people unnecessary injections that could harm them.

Sickened beyond belief. 😩😩. Went out for a bank holiday drink at a bar and never went home. What the fuck has happened to this country… Matt O'Gara was a manger at pub I used to go to loads, and get our Sunday dinners from. This is sickening and horrific. I despair

Cholesterol is not harming you. It is trying to make vitamin D. Sunlight hits your skin. Cholesterol sitting in your skin cells gets converted into vitamin D3. That is the process. That is how your body has worked for hundreds of thousands of years. Now look at what we do. We take statins to lower cholesterol. We put sunscreen on before we go outside. Then we test our vitamin D and act surprised when it is low. We blocked the raw material. We blocked the sunlight. And we call the deficiency a mystery. Vitamin D is not a vitamin. That name is a mistake that stuck. It is a secosteroid hormone. It acts on receptors in virtually every tissue in your body. Your immune system runs on it. Your mood depends on it. Your bones, your muscles, your ability to fight infection. All of it requires this one hormone that your body makes for free from cholesterol and sun. I eat eggs, butter, meat, and liver. I go outside without sunscreen. My vitamin D is optimal. Because I stopped blocking the process my body was built to run. The sun is not your enemy. Cholesterol is not your enemy. Forty years of bad advice is your enemy. When did you last get your vitamin D tested?

Big Pharma wants you believe Alzheimer’s is incurable, but one brain surgeon is naming three substances that fight Alzheimer’s WITHOUT the side effects. #1 is Curcumin, which increases mitochondrial function and reduces the inflammatory chemicals that trigger Alzheimer’s. #2 is DHA (from omega-3 fats) - “DHA removes almost all the amyloid from brains.” #3 is EGCG (from green tea) - ECGC has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that counter neurodegenerative processes. Dr. Russel Blaylock says these substances are ignored by mainstream medicine—not because they don’t work, but because pharmaceutical companies “couldn’t make a profit off it.” So, research and promotion are abandoned. If effective treatments can be buried, what else aren’t we being told about Alzheimer’s disease?

Your body has a hidden survival mode that kicks in when you stop eating. And one Japanese scientist cracked the code on it. His name is Yoshinori Ohsumi. In 2016, he won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for uncovering something wild: when your cells get starved, they start eating themselves. Not in a bad way. They hunt down broken, damaged, useless parts inside themselves and recycle them for fuel. It's called autophagy, which literally means "self-eating." Think of it as your body's internal cleanup crew, triggered the moment food stops coming in. Damaged proteins? Gone. Worn-out cell parts? Recycled. Cellular junk that builds up over time? Cleared out. Ohsumi spent decades quietly studying yeast cells in his lab while the rest of the science world chased flashier topics. Everyone overlooked this process. He didn't. His work now sits at the center of research into aging, cancer, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and type 2 diabetes. One man. One microscope. One discovery that rewrote how we understand the human body. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from the patience nobody else has. Source: The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2016 — NobelPrize(.)org
