The OP shows convenient memory loss. Joe Biden did laid a wreath at the tomb on Memorial Day and Veterans Day, so did Kamala Harris. Over decades, multiple Democratic presidents, like Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, and many more Democratic leaders have shown respect there, because it’s a standard national tradition followed by leaders of both parties.

One day I was in Dallas trying to get somewhere and made a wrong turn. In less than half an hour I was driving through wind swept plains of grass wondering where on earth I was and how I was going to find another human being to point me back to civilization. That is the 4th largest city in the US.

@eviliam13 In USA, check-ups aren’t mandatory, but vaccinations are in some states (it varies). We tend to have one within a week of birth, then 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and then yearly for a while.
