@ShowbizMarc @TfL Yeah, it looks like it is a known issue with many people experiencing it and mentioning it on here and Reddit, etc. Fingers crossed it gets sorted quickly. It would be helpful if @TfL or @AmexUK could post about the situation and status, saving us all from contacting them.

Hello, @AmexUK and @TfL there seems to be an issue on the network, my Amex card wasn't being read by the barrier, no issues anywhere else, and I had to use an alternative card. The staff at Willesden Junction station were unhelpful as ever.

Just to clarify, this was my Amex Gold Card in the Google Pay wallet. I didn't have my physical card so couldn't try that.

@Brent_Council @BrentCustServ @Tesco @BurgerKingUK I know Harlesden Plaza NW10 & its carpark is private property but can someone please do something about the mess, it is hazardous. 👇🏻These have now been there for months. I bet you can guess how long the Xmas tree has been there!

Hi @TfL, what should I do with a registered Oyster card I have found with a credit balance? I tried to hand it in at Willesden Junction Station ticket office this morning but the person just looked at me like I was crazy, even after I explained it was a registered card. Thanks.

@Brent_Council @BrentCustServ @Tesco @BurgerKingUK The area is disgusting. There is a flock of pigeons now resident because people put out food every day which is also attracting rats and means pigeon poo is everywhere. I often see rats both on the way to work and on my way back.

Hello @Tesco. Can you please sort out the WiFi in your new Harlesden Superstore? You cannot get mobile signal at the checkouts and so it is impossible to use Pay+ or Clubcard apps, so you lose out on Clubcard deals. The person on Customer Services seemed unable to help.

@Tesco Hello, sadly the WiFi issue is still ongoing. Also, there is still no soft plastics recycling. I spoke with a manager over two weeks ago and was told there'd be a bin "in a couple of days". Been in today and I was told to just bring in the plastics and they'll "just deal with it"
