According to the Telegraph, UK Prime Minister Starmer is going to propose the deployment of a Joint Expeditionary Force made up by 30,000 troops under European command in Ukraine. This proposal will be subject of discussions in Washington when we will be there. Interestingly, this is almost exactly what I previously proposed.
