@freeagent as the HMRC guidance for Approved mileage rates has changed from 45p to 55p per mile for the 26/27 tax year, how can I change the rate for mileage expenses?

@British_Airways BA1450 to Edinburgh has now been delayed by 2 hours, and a new gate assigned. All the passengers are here but no one at the gates to check anyone in! How about you inform your staff of changes first?!

@HeathrowAirport Unattended bag left in the Terminal 2 Plaza lounge, when reported to staff they just picked it up and put it behind the desk like it was nothing. Is this really the way unattended bags are dealt with?!
