@MicrosoftHelps Hi. My Hotmail account keeps on signing out on my iPhone and demanding I log in again. I have logged in countless times, changed the password and done all the 2-factor verification stuff and it still keeps logging my Mail app out. I don’t know what to do.

@OntheBeachUK why do you make it so hard for anyone to get in touch with you? You missold a holiday and now Im unable to get in touch with a human to request/ discuss to resolve. Please get in touch urgently as flying within next 48hours!

@qatarairways Be great if you didn’t mark the bookings complete! We are unable to view or manage the bookings due to you marking these as complete. Phones dont work, online chat dont work, x app does not work, what are we to do!

I have already sent you emails and various communication for which I have received nothing! Its shocking how difficult this is!

@qrsupport @qatarairways please please get in touch and follow up on the messages. Leaving us stranded on the ground and on communications. Completed the booking for a flight you’ve cancelled!

@qrsupport @qatarairways flight has now been cancelled the 3rd time, with zero attempts made by yourselves to get in touch and advise on next steps. You have also locked the tkt/booking to yourself and the ticketing agent is unable to help!

@qatarairways @qrsupport tried to call the UK line many times today, didnt dial through! Once did get through, ive been waiting over 2.5 hours… and still waiting! Online chat not working, schedule a call not working… Understand its busy times, but appreciate your help

@qatarairways @qrsupport - Elderly / vulnerable parents stranded - Flight cancelled on 1st Mar, then rescheduled which was also cancelled on 4th March, now flight given on 15th March with no accommodation or expenses covered. Have DM’d already. Thanks
