4 HIDDEN GOP MIDTERM ASSETS

Our latest so-called 'Generic Ballot' poll results are in and will be released tomorrow. But they will almost certainly be non-predictive in November.
Our readers know legacy media is feverishly suppressing all kinds of devastating scandals while conjuring others up out of thin of air.
The Trump Administration holds the bully pulpit and it has yet to unload in a way that legacy media can't continue their coverup. Public opinion and polls WILL be impacted. Here are 4 examples of hidden GOP assets -
1 - A few weeks ago we demonstrated the power of informing voters that foreign adversaries have likely secretly chosen certain elected officials for over a dozen years. Trump is holding all the high explosive stuff back for the Florida Grand Conspiracy indictments, soon to arrive.
Legacy media is prohibited from covering this issue at all much less honestly and that tells you how worried they are.
2 - A few weeks ago Democrats lost their racial redistricting advantage and soon may very well lose a key post-election day ballot stuffing trick (The Watson Case at SCOTUS) that would limit the counting of mail-in-ballots to only those received at the election offices by the day of the election.
3 - The US Post Office can make its own Federal rules about Federal election ballot deliveries to Federally identified CITIZENS ONLY. Lawfare, Inc. is completely crazed and attacking but the Fed's and the USPS will win and those key unsolicited mass-mailed ballots to empty lots, non-citizens and PO boxes will be stopped.
4 - The Iran War will be ended as an election issue and gas prices will free-fall.
So - as @MizDonna69 notes below - even if the SAVE ACT had been embraced by 75-85% of ALL Senate voting members (as the public polling indicates it should be) Lawfare, Inc was likely going to game it to death for this year anyway.

I live in reality. But for a moment, let's imagine that we live in GOP Utopiaville. We have 51 votes in the Senate to pass the Save America Act in April/May of 2026. The DAY after the Save America Act is signed into law, Marc Elias and Norm Eisen run to a Dem District judge to block it as "Unconstitutional" Of course, their chosen judge grants the request and issues a Ruling. There may be multiple challenges in different courts. Then it is appealed to the Circuit courts. Maybe multiple courts. If you are lucky with different interpretations. Then it can go to SCOTUS to be argued in the fall. Early voting begins in September. Scotus would have NEVER ruled on this before the Midterms. We are still awaiting rulings from the fall session from last year. Why is this so difficult to understand? What can we do? Change the math in the Senate to get to that 51 vote threshold next year. We need a better Senate. Let me give you an example of where there is no gov intervention, and the impact on brand drug pricing.
When a brand manufacturer sells a drug to one of the big 3 drug distributors that control more than 90 pct of their market, those multi hundred billion dollar distributors DONT negotiate the lowest price they can get. They literally pay retail price.
Then, in exchange for paying promptly, and providing some data, they get a discount of a whopping 5 pct. For a $600 drug, their net cost is $570
For obvious reasons, that distributor can’t sell to your local pharmacy for less than $570.
So when you go to buy that drug, and have no insurance, or a deductible of more than $600, that’s why you pay the full $600.
The question is “why would multi hundred billion dollar distributors only negotiate a 5% discount on brand drugs?”
I asked this very question to several CEOs of brand drugs companies
First you have to know that the pharma companies don’t keep that full $570. Because they pay rebates and fees to the big insurance company PBMs , they end up netting about 50% , or $300 in this example
I asked them why they didn’t sell to the big distributors at a little more than their net price, which would allow them to make more money. And it would also allow the distributors to sell to pharmacies at say $350 (so the distributors make more money ), and the pharmacies could sell to the uninsured and those during their deductible phase for $375. Meaning more patients could benefit from their drugs.
This doesn’t mean every patient could afford their meds, but it means that more could. Saving $225 is not nothing.
The CEOs each told me that they would like to, but can’t. Why?
Because the ins company PBMs have told them that if they did this , they would reduce their position on their formularies. Which could cost them billions of dollars across all their drugs.
None of this is against the law.
It’s become standard industry practice.
Until we break up these conglomerates , it will only get worse.
