If, on average, a user spends 100€ with us, we can spend for example 80€ for ads to get one.

As startups grow there is extremely strong pull into what I call the death spiral of bullshit. More people -> more teams -> more buy-in required -> more meetings -> being persuasive rewarded more than building -> builders leave -> nothing gets done

(Most) planning is guessing. Even worse, it’s harmful guessing. Because you can’t build while you guess, ehm sorry, plan.

Companies spend way too much time planning. Hoping that a buttoned up detailed plan will help them ship more. They hire professional planners vs builders. More planning happens. My suggestion… focus on consistent progress by building vs trying too hard to guess the future.
