TEXAS: I kept hearing about how massive the Indian population is in North Texas so I went to go check it out for myself. Found a 72-foot tall Hindu temple, built in honor of a monkey-god, where inside people were praying for blessings for “job visas”:

@DFrissard62701 H-1B propagandists avoid discussing wage trends for these occupations. Shortages reveal themselves in wage increases. Wage increases are absent in all H1B-dense occupations. But facts don't matter to the elites. issues.org/stem-workforce…

Trump admin @AAGDhillon24 can do more than plead for Congress to act Her deflection is cynical She can debar firms from using the H-1B program That would deter future abuse $5k penalties are less than a rounding error Elites think you are dumb. Knowledge is power
Hany Girgis@SanDiegoKnight

DOJ and DOL are finally going after companies discriminating against American workers through H-1B practices Great Penalty? Less than $5,000 That’s not a deterrent That’s permission Congress needs to act @SenateGOP @SenateDems @SenEricSchmitt @RepGosar @RepGregSteube

.@m_clem claims to be an H-1B expert BUT doesn't know the essential facts He's on @NPR FALSELY claiming the program requires employers "INTENSIVELY" recruit Americans before hiring H1Bs They believe YOU ARE DUMB Write to @planetmoney to demand a correction

When I first saw the only public economic analysis justifying the US Administration's $100,000 tax on H-1B visas, I couldn't believe it. The analysis was built on several mistakes. Big ones. Basic ones. So I got the same data and reanalyzed it correctly. [1/3]

Foreigners stealing our jobs started with the ones no one wanted… now they’re taking ones Americans are begging for. Not only is our government allowing it, they’re funding it!
Daniel Horowitz@RMConservative

American taxpayers are funding residency programs… while American medical graduates get squeezed out and foreign graduates get the spots. This is one of the biggest immigration + healthcare scandals in the country. My conversation with @MaryBowdenMD is live now youtu.be/rYTN5pY_WA4 I also tackle why a birthright citizenship/census theft bill is even more important than SAVE Act.

A Manhattan federal jury on Monday awarded $8.4 million to a New York University professor and former Cognizant Technology Solutions employee who claimed he was fired in retaliation for alleging the information technology company engaged in systematic hiring bias. . . . Jean-Claude Franchitti said he was fired in 2016 from a $350,000-a-year job after a decade at New Jersey-based Cognizant. He claimed it was retaliation for asking questions about the company's alleged bias toward hiring workers from India as part of a "cheap labor" profit model. The award for Franchitti consisted of $4.2 million in back pay, or lost wages, and $4.2 million in punitive damages. The jury declined to award compensation for front pay, or future earnings, or for an emotional distress claim. The trial revealed a dearth of written communications from Franchitti complaining about Cognizant's alleged strategy to keep a cheap labor pipeline open. His lawyers said Franchitti kept concerns verbal because he knew he was walking a "fine line" and wanted to find fixes diplomatically. Franchitti is pleased with the verdict, his lawyer, Daniel Kotchen, told Law360 via email. "The jury sent a strong message that violating employees' rights will not be tolerated," he said. Birthright citizenship is the loophole nobody wants to talk about. Work visa programs don’t grant citizenship to foreign workers—but if their children are born here, birthright citizenship does. Now think about it: Thousands of H1B workers. Years spent in the U.S. Multiple children per family. —it’s a slow, quiet transformation of the America we love. .By the time most Americans realize what’s happening, the America they knew is already gone.

@CRIXUSwasHERE @GlennB55478 Never tried to change the number of H1Bs; that bill was aimed only at how the limited number of H1Bs are allocated. Specifically, it was to get rid of the discriminatory waiting periods applicable to applicants from heavily populated countries.

Here’s an internal medicine program in Massachusetts putting India first. 25 of 26 of residents are from foreign countries. 22 of 25 are from India. India has a severe physician shortage - why are they sending their talent to America?

Rwandan migrant Emmanuel Abayisenga had his asylum application to France rejected multiple times since submitting it in 2012. Despite orders for deportation, he remained in the country illegally. The priests trusted him with the cathedral keys, putting him in charge of locking up and caretaking. After he set the building on fire, destroying the organ and organ loft, Father Maire took him in, offering him shelter in his own home while awaiting trial. He then murdered Father Maire. Project for Immigration Reform
The Trump administration should just end the OPT program so you don’t have foreign groups making specific demands of the U.S. government for jobs for individuals who are clearly violating the terms of their student visas by showing immigration intent. The OPT program was created entirely through administrative regulation and could be dismantled by the Trump administration with relative ease. This is low-hanging fruit, and it’s baffling that it hasn’t been done yet.
Agarwal for Congress@ethanagarwal

.@realDonaldTrump - a request from the Iranian citizens of CA-17: The USCIS pause on immigration processing for Iran is about to expel thousands of students who are graduating from college in May. These are F-1 students, who will not be able to roll to OPT, STEM OPT, or eventually H1-B in time unless this pause is lifted. These are young people who want to contribute to America; who are in school at places like Berkeley, Santa Clara University, and Stanford. Without lifting the pause, they will have to return to Iran in 60 days. We want these young, brilliant people staying and working in America, paying taxes in America and creating jobs here. While USCIS figures out the broader timing and implications of lifting the pause against affected immigrants, we request that the pause for students graduating in 2026 specifically be lifted. I'm happy to engage with whoever from your administration is best for this. Thank you.

It is a lose lose situation. Is it too much to ask for a candidate who advocates for Californians? We have the highest unemployment in the nation and the highest taxes. Ro wants more taxes for productive citizens and @ethanagarwal is already advocating for foreign students to get “deserved” work permits. We do not have the jobs to spare in California we have had massive layoffs. For once can we get a candidate who advocates for hard working tax paying citizens and their kids who can’t find jobs!
Mvl80@Mvl80Vl8

@ethanagarwal @realDonaldTrump These are the people you are supposed to represent not foreign students! Shame on you
