@madhuprabaker I think “more seeking, less solving” could work! I don’t know why I’m so obsessed with finding a shorthand for this, but I want to be able to say something very brief and have everyone know what I’m talking about. Thanks!

PM leaders: Is there a term/phrase for reducing PM effort on solution/delivery work, and increasing time for discovery? This is a change I want to start pushing with my team, but I'd love to name it first. Something like: "Avoid the Noid", but, you know, less pizza-related.

@amartinezfonts Not sure if it’s what you’re looking for, but I’ve coached my teams on creating space for “Problem Seeking” work vs just “Problem Solving” & “Execution”. The most important part of the job, esp in more senior roles is ensuring the team is working on the right problem.
