Gutting news as Joe Barough’s season is brought to an early end following a hamstring injury sustained midweek. A huge loss for us, but more importantly, we’re all behind Joe as he begins his recovery 💙 Thank you for everything, Joe, you’ve been brilliant and @ReadingFC for showing the trust in us. 👏 btfc.co.uk/updates/baroug…

16 year-old twins Jubilee and Joseph Ntege are both on over 30 G/A this season.🤯⚽️🅰️ Jubilee has registered 12 goals and 14 assists for Reading U16s this season, while also recording 11 G/A for the U18s.✅ Meanwhile, his twin brother Joseph has scored the exact same number of goals for Reading U16s and also provided 10 assists. He’s also registered 9 G/A for the U18s.😯 What a season they’re both having.👀👏

NEW: A winding-up petition against Morecambe FC (representing themselves) has been filed by KPM Groundworks Limited (represented by lawyers). It’s an allegation of unpaid debt, not proof of guilt. This is a public court listing and shows the current active status of the case.

Understand this week will be a critical one in terms of Arise and their potential purchase of Sheffield Wednesday... The next few days are crucial, with Team Storch in negotiations with the EFL. Bid could become untenable if -15 and spending cap remain. thestar.co.uk/sport/football…
