@LNER I have already tried the pay extra on board that clearly doesn’t work as I am standing on a train with no seats! Can you reserve me 2 seats or do I have to go to LNER in Edin? I just want to sit down on the way home!! It’s nearly 4 hours!!

@magsyjones1 You can pay this upgrade fee on-board or at a Travel Centre prior to travelling Mags. An Anytime First Class Single is £219 per person (so £179.30 extra to pay). ^KM

@LNER I’ve paid over £260 for two seats on a train from Peterborough to Edinburgh I’m not happy that I’ve got no seat and potentially I will be standing all the way to Edinburgh. #PoorCustomerService

@LNER Ok how do I pay the rest of the money? I paid £258.70 for 2 seats Peterborough to Edinburgh return. I am currently still standing we are nearly at Darlington 🙄 So if you can find out how much it would cost to upgrade to First or just reservation two standard seats. Thanks
