@virginmedia I can’t believe I have waited nearly 12hrs for the exact answer I expected- the generic one your giving everyone. You haven’t even addressed the issues I raised. I’m not interested in sending and receiving that’s old news. Give us all an update on getting are historic emails back

@virginmedia @nickdale67 @virginmedia I am still missing all historical emails this is an absolutely ridiculous situation I have an important event to attend tomorrow and have no idea how I am going to show proof of booking. You haven’t even had the decency to contact me about this loss of historic mail

@RJGarden I am trying to get the remaining items on my order that I placed nearly a month ago. Nobody’s replying to my emails, the item is in stock and always has been and your order line can’t understand why it hasn’t been shipped and have passed to customer service
