This my entire interview with Daniel, and IDF Special Forces veteran who lives in Tel Aviv. You have to hear how Israelis are living, how they get through the day without focusing on their potential death, why Israel is in this to the end, and how to get three little kids from their beds to the bomb shelter in 75 seconds. It's fascinating. iheart.com/podcast/88-the…

150,000 dead, 14 million displaced: The story of Sudan’s war An estimated 150,000 people have been killed and more than 14 million displaced. Sudan’s current war has become one of the world’s worst humanitarian disasters, with 2 rival factions, both accused of widespread atrocities, fighting for control of the country. The conflict has just entered its 4th year. It began in April 2023 when a fragile power-sharing arrangement between the Sudanese Armed Forces led by Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and the Rapid Support Forces commanded by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo collapsed into open warfare. What began as a struggle between 2 former allies has devastated the country. The 2 sides had jointly helped remove former ruler Omar al-Bashir in 2019 and later shared power after a military takeover in 2021. But tensions deepened over plans to merge the RSF into the regular army, command structures, and control of Sudan’s political transition, eventually erupting into war in the capital Khartoum. The conflict has since spread across Darfur, Kordofan and central Sudan. Cities, hospitals, markets and infrastructure have been destroyed, while famine and acute hunger have spread across several regions. Both factions have been accused by rights groups of ethnic killings, rape, looting, indiscriminate attacks and blocking aid. Diplomatically, neither side offers a clean option. The RSF, rooted in the Janjaweed militias tied to past Darfur atrocities, has faced severe accusations of massacres and ethnic killings. The SAF has also been accused of strikes on civilian areas and other abuses. Some Western governments are seen as more open to the RSF, while the SAF faces scrutiny over Islamist influence, Muslim Brotherhood links and Iranian IRGC support. Bottom line, neither side are heroes. And there is no end in sight.

On April 1 2026, there were 118,741 MORE "unaffiliated" active-status registrants on the Colorado voter roll than those registered "Republican" and "Democrat" combined.

The last season of Iran is agonizingly slow. No one is buying the negotiation plot twist. Get to the final clash already so I can binge Cuba. I think it’s just one season but it’s gonna be lit.

@COSenDem are debating SB 26-146, a bill that would limit the distribution of single use plastic utensils at restaurants. Here’s the irony — they are debating telling you you can’t use plastic utensils while using plastic utensils to eat their lunch.

@OkNotThisTime Oh, so small town cops just blow off murder then? Why would anyone kill someone in the big city when they commit crime in small towns where no one cares? This is so idiotic I am sure you are just messing with me at this point.

Let me fix this for you: Colorado Republican Governor Primary Strategy: -Scott Bottoms will pursue conservative base -Victor Marx will not appear anywhere he will be questioned about his outlandish claims or have to face his opponents or let voters see him in person in such a situation. -Barb Kirkmeyer has traditional Republican base and hopes for a fierce battle between Marx and Bottoms. There, I fixed it for you.

Testimony from Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan - the man who was in the room with Yasser Arafat in January 2001, when he rejected the Clinton Parameters (accepted by Israel) for the establishment of a Palestinian state. “I wanted to cry. My heart burned over how the opportunity was lost once again…” For context: the Parameters were President Bill Clinton’s final and far-reaching proposal for peace. They included a Palestinian state in nearly all of the West Bank and Gaza (with land swaps), a capital in East Jerusalem, and other major concessions. Israel accepted the framework. Bandar had already secured broad Arab support. Arafat looked Bandar and the Egyptians in the eye and said he would accept… then lied to their faces and withdrew. Bandar had previously warned Clinton: “If Arafat rejects this, it will not be a mistake - it will be a crime.” After the collapse, Bandar said his “heart burned” over the lost opportunity “perhaps for the last time.” Arafat rejected peace and a Palestinian state - and chose terrorism and the Second Intifada instead. This is not ancient history; it reflects the same ideology of hatred that led to October 7 attacks.

Last week it was revealed Hamas is systemically raping Palestinian women in Gaza. Yesterday it was revealed Hamas clerics are raping young Palestinian boys. This morning it was revealed the Islamic Republic is raping female prisoners. Barely a word in the media. Weird.

Let me explain the four major differences between leftwing political violence and rightwing political violence: 1. Rightwing violence comes from the fringes of the conservative movement. Leftwing violence comes from the mainstream of the progressive movement. 2. Conservatives rarely encourage or glorify rightwing violence. Progressives routinely encourage and glorify leftwing violence. 3. Leftwing violence is such a common event that we hardly take notice of it unless it involves assassinating a major political figure--think of how routine Antifa/BLM style destruction of our cities has become. Rightwing violence is notable in its rarity. 4. Leftwing violence is often falsely attributed in the mass media to conservative beliefs. The opposite never happens.

I’m officially convinced. It was a hoax. The Trump Administration recruited a leftist Kamala Harris voting Trump hater to participate in a staged assassination that would include the shooter getting shot at and then locked in federal prison for the rest of his life. The Kamala Harris voter agreed to this plan, that works against his political and personal interests, because he’s just like a really generous guy. Meanwhile the Trump Administration, despite dastardly planning multiple assassination hoaxes, decided to keep their patsy alive and a permanent liability to them, rather than just killing him like they could have easily done. They did this because they also are really strangely generous in a very odd and specific way. So in summary we have a plot where all parties involved are working against their own interests with no real discernible benefit to any of them. There is no evidence of this plan and it doesn’t even make any intuitive sense and the motives for everyone are unclear if not insane, but still I believe it because I’m a very smart person.
