Sorry to say but there is no transparency and  call recording available with Policy bazar.they only believe to sell the insurance by any cost without following the process and resultant the customer getting impacted during the claim. Email- Car(DL12CL4359) insurance claim

Now we are in 2024... And still not transparency in the Indian railways and its train schedule.. waiting for the train (15909- Awadh Assam) from 20 km to reach Gaziabad almost more than 2hrs... Even no one is replying to this about the cause of delay... Very discusstinng!!
