@fireboltt__ I’ve had my smartwatch replaced once due to a defect, but the replacement has the same issue. Your policy says you can’t fix replaced units, but this is unacceptable. I paid for a functional product, not defective ones. I expect a proper solution. @consumerforum_in
Only one month happened that I bought a @Firebolttt watch and display malfunctioned. It’s been more than a week that I raised a complaint (ticket 3596992) but till now no reponse. How can a brand be so negligence regarding their product quality and customer’s query? @fireboltt__
Issue wit @fireboltt__ watch within a years time and now they giving excuses when it's there turn to look it's there warranty period.
