Train started from Panvel Mumbai to MP where people had booked a spot days ago and a call comes(2pm) just an hour before departure (3pm). Makes people wait for 2 hours to get a ticket in crowded lines and informs the train will leave at 5pm. Where actually it left at 9pm.
