Reasons why I'm aiming for $5M? • I live in a HCOL area and don't plan on leaving long term • My dream is to own a beach house on the water, those are pretty expensive up here • I want zero changes in my lifestyle and don't want to have to "look over my shoulder" while spending • I want to be able to support my kids as they grow up and enter the real world Could I go work optional today? Probably. But that would require changes in my lifestyle which I'm not interested in yet.
