@EurekaForbes service engineer visited home, checked machine and advised best we replace and offered a good deal which adjusted for buy back and the remainder of AMC. Made the payment and now there is no sign of the machine & no tracking available. Helpline useless, please help

@zomatocare shocking approach to customer service. Placed an order and in 2 mins requested to cancel because plans changed. Your service BOT was useless. I was told full cancellation of 1000 Rs else accept the order. Since when did you guys become blackmailers. Had to accept.

@IndiGo6E No problem with operational issues Please read my comment carefully…I have asked why was the communication so poor. The flight that was to take off at 2.25 pm took off at 10.30 pm. I only wish you were a pax and not a social media manager to understand the pain. Disgusting

@IndiGo6E A ticket booked weeks in advance and also paid for our preferred seats. Checked in and headed to the aircraft only to find out that the seats have been reallocated to centre seats and we are separated in different seats across the plane. Shame on you for cheating pax.

@IndiGo6E Purchased 14A 14B 14C & 14. Allotted at checkin 11B 11E 14C 20E. 3 out of the 4 middle seats. The shocker - executive at the checkin counter didn’t even bother to inform us. See image attached of #MMT booking. PNR is NWSU5V. Explain how did this change mysteriously.

Lousy ticket arrangements. Book online and collect tickets physically. Stand twice in a queue for the same match. First to collect the ticket and second to get into the stadium. What rubbish is this. And we want to bid for Olympics #CWC2023 #BCCI #bookmyshow

Thread 1 @IndiGo6E your web check-in payments & service at the call center sucks. Trying to get a web check in done for my kids who are traveling in a large group so that the friends are seated together. I checked them in. The money got deducted but the seats were not allocated
