@Shopify @harleyf we were pacing $1.8M/month on your platform when you terminated EVERY SINGLE ONE of our accounts - including stores we closed over a YEAR ago you sent termination emails to dead stores from 2023. then killed our 2 active businesses doing $1M and $800K/month our $1M/month store? clean. never had issues. terminated anyway imo i beleive this is clearly a false bot/ai trigger why would you send me an email to stores that are closed for over a year. it doesnt make sense. and our stores are no where near the cb threshold for anything to happen like this. @ShopifySupport has been absolutely useless w this shit. weve been going back n forth through every support channel and emails w zero progress. just automated responses and dead ends heres what you just fucked up: 60% of our revenue is subscriptions = $1.08M/month in MRR w payment tokens locked in YOUR vault these r REAL PEOPLE whove been our customers for months, some for years. they trust us. they love our products and now we cant even bill them bc their payment tokens r locked in ur system alternative processors cant access subscription tokens. every day you keep this frozen = watching our customers permanently disappear. customers we worked yrs to earn $400K-$800K of OUR money frozen til july 25 over 25 employees btw - real ppl w families, mortgages, bills - wondering if they still have jobs tmrw customers weve spent YRS building relationships w = gone. not bc we scammed anyone. bc ur automated system cant tell the diff between a closed test store from 2023 and a thriving 7 fig business weve been loyal shopify merchants for more than 3 yrs atp. weve generated over $600K in processing fees for u. ive recommended shopify to countless other freinds who want to start a bizz online. we BELIEVED in this platform we hold merchant trust to the utmost value. our customers r everything to us. we run legit businesses we dont wanna switch platforms. weve built our entire operation on shopify. our team knows ur platform inside n out. weve invested YRS here but if ur automated system destroys legit businesses, and @ShopifySupport is powerless to help, and the leadership wont even LOOK at whats happening... wtf r we supposed to do? watch our employees lose their jobs? watch our customers - real ppl who trust us - just disappear? watch yrs of hard work evaporate bc a bot made a mistake? @harleyf - one person w actual decision making power needs to manually review this case and see that were legit businesses being destroyed by a system error thats all were asking. one human to actually LOOK our employees r counting on this our customers deserve better than this we deserve better than this lmk if you actually care about merchants or if this is just fucking PR @harleyf is this what merchant first means?

One year ago @dasilvashadow accidentally outed me on Twitter because my real name was my username. I went from 0 → 38,000 followers. Met some incredible people. Learned a lot. Trolled a lot. But I have something to admit..... Im an absolute mess. You never hear this part from people who look like they are “on top,” so I’ll say it. This year I went through extreme relationship issues. I invested into many projects that went to $0. Leveraged Crypto is the Devil. My dog died. My businesses suffered. My 2+ Year IRS audit was finalized, I owe an ungodly amount. I spent two months out of the gym with what turned out to be a pinched nerve that a simple steroid fixed. That MRI also uncovered a 2-inch mass on my thyroid. Two ultrasounds, a Biopsy ..... Cancer The good news? It’s one of the most survivable cancers. The bad news? My throat is getting cut open and my thyroid is coming out. Why share this? Because social media is hard. Everyone compares themselves to people who look like they have it all figured out. The truth is most people you admire are either Dealing with problems you can’t see, living paycheck to paycheck or both. You don’t want to be someone else just because their life looks cool online. Most of the time, that “cool life” is just an escape from reality. What you actually want is to become a better version of yourself. Stop doing the things that move you backward. Start doing the things that move you forward. So don’t worry about me. Worry about you. I scaled public visibility while my private life was on fire no downtime, expected to be up, fixing everyone else problems. I don't want sympathy I want you to understand SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT REAL LIFE. Because of Twitter I helped more people this year than in all years combined. Its what carried me through all the shit I have had to navigate. Thank you Twitter!

I have been told by employees that there is a method for plus stores to get their tokens, but it is not easy so they charge for it and it's difficult to get. But it's not impossible. Those are your customers. Usually it goes processor to processor. Idk if it would help if you could CC your rep from the new processor on the request. But it's a core principle of recurring transactions.

I’m on the verge of losing $150,000 because of Shopify. They shut down my payment processing while I had over $150K in authorized recurring revenue. Now Shopify has gone completely silent with no human reply to 7+ emails for over a week. Even if they re-activate payments today, lots of authorizations will have expired or cause issues, meaning a lot of that money is gone for good. This isn’t “risk management,” it’s destructive interference with legitimate business activity. Under U.S. Commercial Law (UCC §1-304), both parties to a contract have a duty of good faith, (activate payments for subscription contracts only). I have: U.S. inventory and fulfillment 1.2% chargebacks Yet Shopify can unilaterally freeze payments, hold customer tokens, and block rebills, erasing 6 figures in legitimate revenue, with no clear process, no manual review, no appeal, and they are entitled to most of this cause of their policies, but no policy mentions their ability to disrupt the contracts you made with your clients when they signed up (maybe they modify it after this). I have way too much proof to be a legitimate seller, millions of $ have been processed in my acc, I let all of my stores open for 6-7 months for any future chargebacks possible, getting every withdrawal from shopify even after months after if needed... Realistically speaking, what is the outcome of this if I file a lawsuit. Im wasting my time cause they are too big and powerful? I need lawyers replying to this PS: not complaining of the ban, I know is what i was exposed to for being over 1%, but their ability to not let us finish our rebills, even give me a 100% hold if needed, but don't play with our money like this, this is other level of shit that we are exposed to and nobody speaks about.
