@vueling somehow our hold luggage was thrown around in the hold and there was a very expensive bottle of red wine which was broken. It’s ruined all our clothes as well. What’s your compensation process?

@British_Airways I’ve had both my flights cancelled is it possible to use the rebook for one leg of the flight & get a partial refund or change the location for the return leg? The cancellation means I can’t return till 3 days later than planned.

@British_Airways It’s wild that the rules changed and there’s no communications from BA to the passengers to advise of a significant unexpected change. What’s the point in an expiry date if that’s not what’s being used?

@British_Airways Im shocked at your service this morning, my friend a mother of a 1yrs partner was refused board today because todays date was longer than 10 yrs issue but the expiry date is clearly September 24. He’d travelled on it last week. You’ve made a mother travel alone.

@scottgassmann @StarlingBank @monzo Yup! I use monzo as my play account. So I pay myself £ that I use during the week for fun stuff or adhoc travel. If I go over my play budget it makes me think twice 🙃

@scottgassmann @StarlingBank @monzo I personally like to have 2 bank accounts. I pay myself weekly into monzo and have a savings strategy. I find I save more money by having it another bank. Also in case either bank goes down I have a back up.
