@mariamjaah @turkigimai First u have to check free t4 and t3 and do us for her neck and depends on the results u will get, but mostly u will tranfer to endocrinology or surgery, if the patient is confirmed hyperthyroidism u can start her methimazole or PTU, and u give BB like propranolol for symptoms
