For all his bravado on Great Nicobar Project, all RaGa was doing was sightseeing How do I know? Well,I happened to be staying at Taj Exotica in Havelock & RaGa too was staying there Behind that fake Greta Thunberg style activism,Rahul Gandhi was just chilling out, pretending to the world as if he was on some gigantic mission about how much he cares for Andamans..he cares zilch👎👎 Oh yes,I was in Havelock as I love Scuba diving..back in Mumbai:):):)

Let me say so categorically. Regardless of the result, the erasure of voters is the most pressing issue for me and the logical discrepancy used by EC is an Orwellian feature being tested for future use in a dystopian democracy to select voters.

This is the cost of this administration’s immigration policy: A legal, high-skilled worker. 20 years in America. Built a family here. His mother was dying in India , he couldn’t go.Because a system hardened by travel bans and visa uncertainty has made leaving a risk to his entire life. If the U.S. becomes a place where doing everything right still feels like a trap, the best people won’t fight to stay. And that’s how a competitive edge is lost.
Sam Peak@SpeakSamuel

This H-1B worker has lived in the US for nearly 20 years and built a family here. His mom was dying in India. To visit her, he would need to wait months to book a consular appointment--with the soonest one available likely being scheduled one year out. He made the difficult choice of not visiting his dying mom because leaving without an appointment would mean separation from his children, job, and his other obligations. Much of the commentary around immigration focuses on how such bureaucratic burdens undermine immigrants’ ability to contribute and innovate. But we must remember that this red tape also prevents these people from being fully engaged with their own lives and meaningfully present in the lives of others. This matters too, and these seemingly non-economic problems will eventually translate into economic costs. If America is no longer a place where people feel empowered to be the best versions of themselves as they celebrate, struggle, and grieve, it ceases not just being the land of opportunity, but also the land of dignity and purpose. linkedin.com/posts/gautam-d…

This is exactly the kind of economic balderdash from sell side salesmen that keeps India mediocre. Not just China, EVERY developed country in the world, at some point in time has massively invested in Industrial Policy. There is NO other way to become rich.
Niraj Shah@niraj_shah

Critical warning ⚠️ Risk mitigation is NOT the same as import substitution. Rebuilding entire supply chains at home = massive resource misallocation. India tried protectionism before. It didn't work. China - poster child of IP, spends 5% of its GDP on IP. That is a serious cost, which can be deployed differently (4/6)

“BJP wants more than your vote” - PK This statement will hold true even after 40 years from today with BJP’s presence in this country, leeching off every single resource and completely destroying generations with their divisive propaganda and communal agenda. They want to erode the very soul of India which is UNITY and they have SUCCEEDED.

To the ladies who admire her for those polished, plagiarized English speeches, this is the real standard she operates at. • Falta locals themselves came out alleging that TMC’s Israfil Chowkidar threatened to k!ll them • Rigging wasn’t even hidden, it was caught live • The ECI had to order a full re-poll And instead of addressing any of this, she chooses to mock a police officer with cheap, third-rate language. Not a word about her party’s conduct. Not a word about the voters who now have to go through the entire polling process again. What exactly is this level of political shamelessness? Do things really need 24×7 supervision for basic democratic behavior?

From a compromised @ECISVEEP to the @narendramodi-led Centre and ALL its agencies, the 2026 Bengal elections have pitted a 3 time Chief Minister @MamataOfficial versus the might of the entire Delhi ‘ESTABLISHMENT.’ #BengalAssemblyPolls2026 are not a ‘normal’ election but an orchestrated attempt by the @narendramodi & @AmitShah-led @BJP4India to capture power. BIG. After India’s leading pollster opted out of Bengal exit polls, another SHOCKER: why did India’s leading newspaper DROP the column of its senior most columnist a day before the counting? Is it because after travelling through Bengal the columnist predicted that fly-by-night exit polls were WRONG and @AITCofficial is WINNING Bengal? Bengal and the nation needs to know. #Bengalassemblypolls2026

@RahulSeeker Umm - this glorified fraud can barely read Hindi let alone Sanskrit - her entire career is based on reviewing the Sanskrit translations of Englishmen (who actually learnt Sanskrit). She’s a relic of the British Raj and an apologist for Islamic atrocities ……

I don’t accept the term Hindu Nationalism - Prof. Romila Thapar. It was so delightful listening to her recent interview. 🔵 She explained that when the British came, they didn’t find any chronological history books of ancient India. Then they decided that they had to write history for us. And that is when James Mill wrote his book, History of British India. The British were giving us our history. The central point of James Mill’s history was that India had always consisted of two nations - the Hindus and the Muslims. Both are distinctly different and have been constantly hostile to each other. This James Mill narrative is what gave rise to the Two-Nation Theory. Here, she reminded us that this narrative also appears in Hindutva, in which the treatment of Hindus and Muslims is much more oriented towards hostility and aggression than towards instances where there was coming together. 🔵 She then named another person, Friedrich Max Müller, who read all the Vedic texts and then developed this history that the Aryans came to India and that the original Hindus were all Aryans, and therefore belonged to a superior race. Thus, it was concluded that this Hindu culture was superior to all other cultures that existed in this land at that time. Prof. Thapar again reminds us here that this notion of superiority also appears in Hindutva. 🔵 These are two examples of a very clear and direct link between colonial ideas and Hindutva. She said “I’m always a little amused by all these statements that are made these days that Hindutva is indulging in decolonization. Because if it were, in fact, indulging in decolonization, the first thing it would have to do would be to reconsider its own ideology, which is very much colonial.” 🔵 In the final part of the interview, she claimed “I don’t accept the term ‘Hindu Nationalism’ because that’s a majoritarian phrase. I accept secular democratic nationalism, which represents all Indians, all citizens.” Prof. Thapar is now about 95 years old and still engaged in public discussions, rejecting majoritarianism and the ideology of hate that distorts history to use it as a weapon with her evidence based arguments. My respect to this scholar and activist. 💜

Source: Trust me bro, I only read the headlines! 😂 You conveniently skipped the part in the LiveLaw report where the grandnephew literally testified that the army recruitment was a strategic move to get Indians military training so we'd have our own armed forces post-independence. Why let full context ruin a half-baked narrative, right? 🤡

See Union Minister for Jal Shakti CR Patil’s home. This person was suspended from his position as a Head Constable for illegal sale of liquor. Then he was dismissed by the Gujarat Police for being caught again trading in liquor which is prohibited in Gujarat for past 70 years. Then he joined the BJP and became part of the CoOperative movement. He became President of Diamond CoOp Bank. Was in Jail for a Rs.600 cr bank fraud. Got bail from Supreme Court on the promise that he would deposit Rs.300 crore in 6 months. He went to jail again for not fulfilling the bail condition. He then paid the bail amount and was released from prison. He went on to become avMP and in 2019 became Gujarat State President of the BJP. Remember who said “Na Khaunga, Na Khane Doonga”? This is Modiji’s Cabinet Minister.

One can only pity the credulity of Indians who take this line of argument seriously in the age of internet. One can simply go look at lectures of eminent Islamic scholars with reputable intellectual lineages who lionise Mughals as great Islamic sovereigns who subdued the Kufar.
Arun Kumar@arunk_patel

Idea that Mughals were despotic & destroyed India’s Hindu culture was an orientalist construct by the early British colonial state in India. They developed the notion of a golden Hindu past which was in need of resurrection. Early east India company state
