My "eureka" moment was "corkscrew". I took the cookscrew from the draw (it's one with "arms") and put the tip in the small excavated "hole" in the hinge, and then turned it like it I was trying to open a bottle of 1970 Château Pétrus. 4/n

Not sport, but a challenge nonetheless. I'd never shucked an oyster before yesterday. Watched umpteen YouTube vids about how to do it, how dangerous it can be (genuinely, if you slip, you can end up in A&E), and how you really need a shucking knife. 1/n

Rachel Reeves is asked about how the 3p a mile electric vehicle charge will work for new cars, when they don't have to have an MOT for 3 years. So who will monitor the mileage in order to calculate the tax owed during that period? Reeves doesn't know.

@BenGrahamStocks @SaulStaniforth You pay the tax on your diesel. Nothing to do with Road fund licence but tax on petrol and diesel which obviously doesn’t apply to EVs

@SaulStaniforth My car is diesel, I pay £25 a year. If I had an electric car and did the same mileage I would now be paying £500+ a year. I thought they wanted everyone to transition to EV's? There's no chance I am buying one now.

@ManCityHelp I have had a Napoli ticket transferred to me which I can see in my ticket account but no email to download to my wallet like I would usually get. Is there an issue with the system as until today my friend couldn’t ref to me as it had an error message each time

Incredibly boring, yet important (to me) decison to make on the XJL 🤔 What number plate size do I go for due to the rear design? 😅 V5 is back and I want to put a private reg on it ASAP. 1. Standard 520x111mm (99% of UK cars have this size) 2. 610x150mm from the X350/358 Model 3. 520x165mm like the Australian Embassy once had on thier XJL 4. Or 670x140mm curved to Jaguars design, only one place in the UK seems to do this and I am yet to speak to them.
