Idk I think rap is a different animal.
Rich Giovanni 'Conte' Mollo@mollogio

@WESTCOASTDOC Why in the rap industry don't artists remake songs like they do in other genres. Why can't for example Scarface just remake the whole straight outta album, or Ehit, their own twist. I think this generation would lap it up bro. Or even a young rapper on the come up.

MC AK@b_boypodcast

Morning music @FINALLEVEL In 1987 the South Central LA rapper, Ice-T, released his debut album, "Rhyme Pays". Ice proved the West Coast could make dope Hip-Hop too. Classic! My favorite songs are "Squeeze The Trigger", "Rhyme Pays", "Pain", "409" & of course "6 N The Mornin".

Jersey City, New Jersey (1991): Queen Latifah showing MTV her video rental store. In 1991, coming off her second studio album, Latifah decided to open up a video rental store on the first floor of Dixon Mills at 259 Varick Street. MTV News came to Jersey City to document Latifah’s entrepreneurship. She was 21 years old. ⁣ This was only Latifah’s first foray into business. Four years later, in 1995, she restored an old firehouse at 155 Morgan Street in Jersey City where she launched her artist management company with Shakim Compere, Flavor Unit Entertainment. From this headquarters, Latifah managed and represented the careers of actors like Terrence Howard and rappers such as Outkast and Eve. Some of their works include Beauty Shop, Bringing Down the House, and the Vibe Awards. The entertainment company is now based in Miami, Florida. The video rental store was sold in the 90s.

@smcgrath90 No one wants to address the root cause. Why are these people allowed to stay in this country, immediate deportation after being found guilty. There are rats amongst all people of all religions.

As a Muslim, I recognise there are rats amongst us Many times I’ve said about a dangerous ideology harboured by men from particular countries… they have a propensity to rape white girls When are we going to have this discussion and include the facts, as raw as they are

🚨 We are starting to use Live Facial Recognition (LFR) to help keep communities safe and bring offenders to justice. Our first deployment is in Liverpool City Centre on Monday 15 December. LFR compares faces on a live feed to a secure watchlist of people wanted for serious offences or who pose a risk to the public or to themselves. Only police officers make decisions – never the technology. 👉 If you’re not on a watchlist, your image and data is never stored, it’s deleted instantly to protect your privacy. Next Monday, look out for our visible vans, see the tech in action, and speak to officers about the safeguards in place. Watch the video to learn more, or visit ➡️ orlo.uk/S8xPq

Across Europe, old car tires pose a massive environmental challenge. They don’t decompose, they release toxic chemicals if burned, and they fill up landfills at an alarming rate. But a Czech company has turned this problem into a brilliant solution: recycling used tires into high-performance noise barriers for highways and cities. These barriers are made by shredding tires into small granules, mixing them with special binders, and pressing them into thick insulated panels. The rubber structure is incredibly effective at absorbing sound waves, significantly reducing traffic noise for homes and neighborhoods nearby. Even better, every kilometer of these noise walls removes thousands of tires from the waste cycle — preventing roughly 300 million old tires from ending up in landfills. The panels are weather-resistant, long-lasting, and require almost no maintenance.
