@Barclaycard your call centre guy, it’ll be 24-48 hrs to call you back. Me…. five minutes later applied and accepted for a different credit card!! What a way to throw away a 20+yr customer. The cost of terrible service.

@CostaCoffee I was buying a new Costa travel mug at Peas Pottage services on the M23/A23. When I asked them to use some common sense they refused.

@Iromg Maybe you should start a petition, that’s a serious suggestion, so the government has to formally debate and explain why this is justified. I suspect you’ll receive plenty of support.
