A city needs to appropriately budget their finances . NOT tax tax tax ! You can raise taxes by 10x fold and still have the need for more . Stop giving handouts to illegals is one way . 2nd way is to stop providing healthcare insurance for the illegal immigrants . Why do I have to pay $1000 a month for insurance , and the illegals get to have it for free ???? Increasing taxes is NOT the solution. Proper budget is the SOLUTION
