1. Congress does not have constitutional authority to oversee the ethics rules for the Supreme Court, which is a separate branch under Article III.
2. There is no rule or law-based foundation to impeach any Justice currently sitting.
3. If this person is proposing that we make up ex post facto rules in order to impeach Justices who currently have violated no law or rule (and he is), he's living up to his well-deserved commie nazi reputation.

I support survivors, but this doesn’t look like that.
This looks like an op. It’s influencer-driven, and the posts all seem scripted. No details, no names, no dates, just rumors or secondhand allegations from “a friend.” do they all have the same friend or are there multiple friends?
If this is real, there should be proper and credible reporting with actual details. Even with identities protected, it should be more than just “a friend said so.”
These read like an op against Swalwell from the same central source. If the allegations are legit, this is not the way.
