Today, the Supreme Court decided that Congress, despite giving the president the ability to "regulate imports", didn't actually mean it. This is lawlessness from the Court, plain and simple. And its only effect will be to make it harder for the president to protect American industries and supply chain resiliency. President Trump has a wide range of other tariff powers and he will use them to defend American workers and advance this administration’s trade priorities.

The @FBI and partners have arrested another individual in connection to the January 14 incident in Minneapolis where rioters destroyed and stole equipment from an FBI vehicle. This afternoon, FBI agents arrested an individual who allegedly used some of the stolen ID material in the vehicle to threaten an @FBIMinneapolis agent - threatening the agent as well as his wife and child. We’ll have more details to share at a later time. Thank you to our agents who continue to get after it every day. Threatening law enforcement will never be tolerated. Nor will destroying and looting government property paid for by taxpayers.

HOLY SH*T! Two CBP agents, one badly injured and bleeding, didn’t get any help from the Minneapolis police because their boss is playing politics. Enough is enough. Send the army to Minnesota.

The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.
