@Lilysonherway @MikeDecentra @allenholub A high performing team who performs retros every single week would *absolutely* wait for a dedicated time to discuss and ideate, and not drag members out of flow. The retrospective ceremony is necessary and sufficient for agility, all others derive from reflection.

Ceremonies (or events or whatever you want to call them) are NOT an important concept in Agile. They are part of pseudo-Agile frameworks, but Scrum is a dampening wrapper around Agile that reduces agility, and SAFe isn't Agile at all. 1/3
