@BFriedmanDC Agreed, one of the reasons I left. The British have slid into this position of the knee jerk reaction of banning anything and everything for the last several decades instead of addressing any actual underlying issue.

@DrJenGunter Helps if you just mash the keypad when it asks for an option (and keep mashing) – and swear when it’s a voice prompt. Doesn’t work everytime, sometimes it’ll hang up but even with redialing it’ll get you connected to a human faster than holding
