Left my teddy on an @British_Airways flight when I was 6, they tracked him down in Honolulu & returned him for me wearing a flower garland with updates & little gifts. In contrast, my other half left her kindle on a @FlySWISS flight & they want £100 to return it #customerservice

@ladyjaney75 @pip_says @FlySWISS Thanks Jane, just so annoying something like this isn’t done at cost but instead seen as another opportunity to extract more money out of the consumer, they’d even charge you £25 to pick it up from them at Zurich airport, madness
