Overall, pretty solid here. Keeps the back leg bent through the whole swing, so the balance is really good upon finish of the swing. Front elbow is bent, so no arm bar which is preferred. The only thing I would work on is the bat wrap. Bat almost points at pitcher as he loads. Top of the bat, ideally, should split the middle of his head. I only bring this up because the wrap could cause him to have a hard time catching up to velocity. Hope this helps…

@matthewbaszucki As someone with similar mental health issues, I don’t understand how I could stay true to a ketogenic diet without being seriously under my needed caloric intake. When I tried it before, I was just hungry all the time. It almost made me crankier. And carnivore won’t work for me.

Keto or carnivore for mental illness? Both great options. I prefer carnivore for the simplicity. It is also 100% carb-free, so easy to stay in ketosis. But I had a WONDERFUL recovery from bipolar for almost five years on a normal ketogenic diet. I ate MCT oil, avocados, veggies, a few berries, etc.
