So, let’s me get this straight. The Atlantic released the so-called “war plans” and those “plans” include: No names. No targets. No locations. No units. No routes. No sources. No methods. And no classified information. Those are some really shitty war plans. This only proves one thing: Jeff Goldberg has never seen a war plan or an “attack plan” (as he now calls it). Not even close. As I type this, my team and I are traveling the INDOPACOM region, meeting w/ Commanders (the guys who make REAL “war plans”) and talking to troops. We will continue to do our job, while the media does what it does best: peddle hoaxes.

@elonmusk Why is there such thing as a “liberal” judge in the first place. Aren’t they supposed to be apolitical?

@EdKrassen @Brando_G2 Actually, if both US and Canada apply tariffs on imports, the governments keeps the tariff money and the people pay more for goods and services. Thus the US and Canadian governments will get lots of money. The people will be poorer but maybe the govts could pay off their debts.

BREAKING: Trump is imposing a 25% tariff on imports from Canada and Mexico starting Feb 1. Canada supplies the U.S. with key goods like maple syrup, lumber, aluminum, oil, and paper products, while Mexico is a major source of fresh produce, dairy, cars, and medicines. The result? Expect higher prices at the grocery store, gas pump, and hardware store. Cars, appliances, and even homes will cost more as building materials like lumber and aluminum skyrocket. Tariffs don’t punish other countries—they hit American consumers the hardest. Families will pay more for essentials while inflation is already a concern. This reckless move will hurt your wallet, not theirs.

What do the vast US capital markets have to do with you? And what role does @SECGov play in making sure they work best for you? Let's break it down in this very last Office Hours video:

@prestonjbyrne The same way orange groves can be a security in one transaction and not in another. The same way bitcoin can be a security in one transaction and not in another. What part don’t you understand of Howey?

...this decision raises more questions than it answers. How can a thing be a security in one transaction, but not in another? UK legal doctrine evolving to answer this (the "Third Thing" concept). In US, it has not; hopefully Congress will get involved and clear things up soon.

The Ripple summary judgment is obviously not the last word on the issue; if Ripple Labs accepts the limited win here (which they won't) they're still turbo f***ed because they've got multi-billions of dollars in institutional sales that they're on the hook for.

Further, the SEC in its SJ motion asserts that Ripple has taken several measures to support the price of XRP not increase it. The SEC doesn’t say whether these measures worked /5

It was surprising to me that the SEC’s own expert conceded that since mid-2018 onwards that Bitcoin and Ethereum price movement can explain as much as 90% of XRP’s price movement./1

Did you know that the SEC not only did not charge Jed McCaleb, but actively fought and asked the court to prevent Discovery against Jed McCaleb? The guy has sold more XRP than all the charged parties combined and the SEC is protecting private citizen McCaleb and his company?

So, about the @Bitboy_Crypto / @atozy lawsuit: It looks like everyone is doing the right thing now. And as I suspected, it seems Ben was mislead by his lawyers who *definitely* should have known better. Yay for happy endings.

@Wendigoon8 Hi there, since you’re a part of Instant Ink, if there is a payment issue, Instant Ink cartridges will not work but you can use your printer with regular store cartridges. This works exactly like a postpaid mobile connection. 1/2

Our HP printer hasn’t been working for a month and every manner of troubleshooting, resets, changing ink cartridges, didn’t seem to work. After calling HP, they said the debit card on file had expired so they manually disabled our printer. In unrelated news, I’m now radicalized
