@RandoxOfficial I ordered a day2/8 c19 test on Jun 1. FedEx called today to say they can’t deliver till Jun 7. As tomorrow is my day 2 this is completely unacceptable. Please resend test with a reliable courier. DPD delivered another of your tests next day.

.@Hermesparcels I’d like to compliment one of your employees. A delivery was mis-addressed by a seller and sent to the wrong depot for my area. Sharon at the Bracknell depot went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that the delivery (live plants) was safe. She’s a gem. 👍

HELP @Hermesparcels Your impossible Holly bot demands a tracking number and matching postcode. I give both and Holly tells me the postcode doesn’t match and kicks me out! But the details are correct.... RELEASE my parcel which you have held since May 5th.

@Hermesparcels claim they tried to deliver a parcel mid-morning today but no answer apparently but we were in. So now we have email asking for rescheduled delivery asking for spurious details. I think the driver did not try to deliver. Look forward to response from this Tweet.

@maudsmatters @Hermesparcels They said that the courier feels uncomfortable delivering to our house! there was a dispute last summer, he crashed in to something of ours reversing on our drive! I dealt with it in a polite manner asking him not turn on our drive. He has deliberately been doing it turns out 😰
