@SadiqKhan @TfL I've been rejected an appeal for a congestion charge notice because I put one letter of my number plate wrong by accident. I paid on the day, provided payment details, receipt, card number and they said there is no evidence I've paid. this is a complete scam.

@Hermesparcels claim they tried to deliver a parcel mid-morning today but no answer apparently but we were in. So now we have email asking for rescheduled delivery asking for spurious details. I think the driver did not try to deliver. Look forward to response from this Tweet.
