Há 7 anos almoçávamos em um ap minúsculo no Rio Comprido (zona norte do RJ). Hoje, graças a Deus, posso proporcionar isso pra minha família: um almoço cercado de natureza e paz. Olho esse momento dos 2 (aliás, dos 3), e só sinto gratidão pq riqueza de verdade é viver momentos assim.

@ZattarRafael Essa lógica não premia ele se ele melhora a renda atv, mantém o foco dele em quanto gasta e não em melhorar os ganhos. Se for isso que ele quer… Eu pessoalmente não gosto pq não cria gatilho de recompensa ao aumentar a renda ativa. Acho que depende da idade dele pra julgar

Essa semana conversei com um amigo que ajudo a investir e ele tem patrimônio de alguns milhões e segue, há anos, uma regra simples para “ficar tranquilo”: - Patrimônio financeiro atual: R$ 17 milhões - Renda ativa mensal: R$ 100 mil Ele vive como se não tivesse renda ativa. Zera mentalmente esse valor (e reinveste, claro) e vive apenas com 0,5% do patrimônio por mês, algo em torno de R$ 80 mil hoje. Na lógica dele, cada aumento de R$ 5 mil no padrão de vida exige acumular mais R$ 1 milhão em patrimônio. O que acham dessa estratégia?
