The fact that Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing has now dragged into its fourth day is an injustice in itself. In this country, we have grand juries for this reason. Preliminary hearing normally do not take this long. There’s no justification for prolonging this any further. The evidence is more than sufficient to move forward and set a firm trial date. The Kirk family deserves better.
